Tommy Ryan Celebrates the Big 5-0

Tommy Ryan is a charming, cheerful man who lives in an apartment with support from the Guild for Exceptional Children (GEC). He worked most of his adult life in the restaurant industry and moved into his GEC apartment on September 10, 2001.
